I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. I am a full-time experienced home and WDI inspector I have inspected thousands of properties. Additionally, I have completed thousands of hours of qualifying/continuing education in my field.
I have owned and operated a home improvement business and served in the United States Navy and Navy Reserves as an Operational Specialist and Builder with the SEABEES. As a Builder in the Navy’s construction force, I was trained and worked in the construction disciplines: interior/exterior carpentry, concrete, roofing, painting, drywall, masonry, bricklaying, tiling, plumbing, blueprint reading, estimating materials and labor.

When you hire me, you get 100% commitment and dedication on your inspection. I do not answer the phone, check text messages, or email while inspecting your property (our office team has that task). Reports (depending on complexity) are usually delivered within 24 hours or less. I made a conscious decision not to use onsite reporting or automated software. This gives me the opportunity to thoughtfully review notes and photos after the inspection and write your report in a concise straightforward manner that is understandable and provides you with information to make a buying decision or negotiate repairs and price.
